Got one of these as a present. Any idea how long this thing should cook, and what temp? 14 lbs.

Kind of surprised they don't have instructions on label for them. Can't help I would look up a recipe to check. You definitely don't want to undercook.

Thaw in fridge and bake at 375 until internal temp reaches 165
