Not really. I don't think the fiscal deal will be announced until after 12/31/12 so it won't affect my prediction.

No one knows how it will react, its been manipulated like crazy. Just nothing makes sense about it......good luck.

I didn't buy any options or futures but I did buy a ton of shares in XOM, GE and MO between 12/19 and 12/24. I had some losses in those shares for a week or so, but I've mopped up this morning.

I bought gold futures on Monday as well but have no plans to add to it or the Dow futures just yet.
In my "no leverage/cash only accts" I'll be getting a starter position going in XLI (Industrial ETF), SMH (Semiconductor ETF), MMM, and ALTR unless things fall apart today.
