Now that I have a stripped lower I know I need a complete upper, a lower parts kit, and a stock. Anything else?

I need advice from y'all fellers....
Here's the scoop.. I mailed a fella TWO BCG's Monday, he called me yesterday saying he received a box with only newspaper in it... The package was not insured but I have the receipt showing the weight of the package when it was shipped... Wtf does one do in this situation?

A LPK usually comes with stock and buffer tube. I have no idea where all these people are getting lpk from without these pieces, but thats another reason I recommend PSA kits. Drew had a bad experience with them, but other than long shipping times, every other experience I know of, especially my own with them, has been fine.
