Before sandy hook id say it was 400 too much but with the time and the work he has in the weapon id say that was a good deal. Kinda worried about someone who wants to trade for a pitbull puppy plus cash though.
Edit I would ask about the mfgr of the parts he used in the upper. Rock River lower is solid.

It really is a nice gun.

Only thing I don't like is 7.6 lbs is pretty damn heavy. Especially when I already have a massive AR with a 24inch bull barrel. I'm wanting light weight and comfortable to fire while standing.

I have enough parts to build 2 complete guns at the moment. They will be PSA 16 inch uppers with Magpul MOE FDE handguard (one is Carbine and the other is Mid-Length), battle grip etc. The lower is going to be ATI Polymer (not my first choice but all I could get). CMMG LPK with a ALG Combat trigger. Mil spec stock. One will have MAGPul ACS stock FDE and the other will be MAGPUL MOE MIL Spec. The gun with ACS is going to be $1375 and the MOE stock is $1350. Not trying to advertise here but thought some of you guys may want a chance. I have some more stuff coming in and shoul be able to build a couple more. I am trying to get some RRA lowers at the moment.
