It was better than I expected. I'm gonna try and watch the whole show in the next couple weeks. Is this going to be worth it?

I was bored yesterday and searched though Amazon Prime Video and there are a shite ton of series that i want to watch. I was impressed.

?I just finished all of Battlestar Galaxtic. And all i can say is it was a hell of a ride. I can only imagine the suspense the audience had watching week to week. Anyone with a hint of sci-fi interest this is a must see, but there is a ton to watch. I have a lot of questions but i cant really think of them right now. if anyone has any questions i can try and answer them.

Everything I've heard around here about it is positive, ranging from generally good to overwhelmingly great.

Let me know how it is...I've thought about picking it up previously, but still have other shows I'd like to catch.

I watched the whole series about 18 months ago thru netflix and 'other' ways. I enjoyed it a lot. It isn't in my top 5, but I will admit burned through the series pretty damn fast.

Are the dvd movies available on Amazon Prime? If I remember correctly, I had to download those.

There are 2 supplemental 'movies' that aired and were released on DVD. If I remember correctly, they aren't required viewing, but they do shed some light on things and are worth watching. If you do watch them, I'd watch them in order.

Razor (2007) - straight to DVD movie that came out after season 3 and before season 4.

The Plan (2010) - straight to DVD movie that came out after the series. Some new footage, some reused.

Series is great right up until the end. Then it falls off a cliff.

i enjoyed it, i mean you can point to certain storylines that weren't given a satisfactory explanation but i fel they did a good job of wrapping it up. i felt satisfied. i think chuck on the season 5 finale of supernatural said it best

Endings are hard. Any chapped-arse monkey with a keyboard can poop out a beginning, but endings are impossible. You try to tie up every loose end, but you never can. The fans are always gonna bitch. There's always gonna be holes. And since it's the ending, it's all supposed to add up to something. I'm telling you, they're a raging pain in the arse.

I liked the ending as well. As far as the movies go, I think Razor is must watch and The Plan is ok.

If you want to go even further there are a small web series between season 2 and 3, if I'm getting my seasons right. It should still be on syfy.com.

On netflix, they have Razor:part1 and Razor:part2 listed as episodes of season 4. Can someone who has watched those tell me if they are the movie Razor just split into two parts? I think the run times are slightly different with those and what netflix has listed as the movie Razor.
