Seems like a good coach. He was rumored to be on the short list for the DC position at NC State and FSU.

i have a feeling he is actually gonna get some of the teams better players on his side of the ball now that pertrino is gone. i believe your new coach values defense and understands that's the way to win the sec.

So a DC that has coached the 20th, 15th and 13th best D over the past 3 years
An OC that coached one of the best offenses in the NCAA
A miracle worker OL coach
And a DL coach who has done great job and figured out how to get florida recruits to Wisconsin.
I'm unsure how this is not a great set of hires.
