Rico Gathers and Jevan Felix are gonna be singing "Careless Whisper" since they played us but went to two programs I think won't be on LSU's level by NEXT SEASON

Can't blame them though honestly. It was tough watching Rico doin' work against UK. He wouid've been great in CJJ's offense, but honestly Coleman is fricking amazing and plays like he's 6'9 240 so we still straight

I'd like to be on record saying that we will make the tournament. I believe!

Rico missed out. I think he signed after Johnny was hired. Plus, he came off as a fricking tool so good riddance. I think Trent sucked but I have doubts that he hardly ever went to Rico's games (since the coach said that was false)

I hope you're right but this team has punched me in the sack too many times over the last decade

Me too. The masochist in me has been blessed/cursed with an undying love for our basketball team. Seems like the worst sport of the big three to support, but the basketball team is the one I enjoy watching the most. Thankfully, things appear to be making a turn for the better.

as most of ya know I was a TGBFTL dork. However, I was not in Bengal Brass. A kid in BB couldn't make it so I paid him to let me have his spot so I could see the game. I think Arizona and Utah St played before us.

I highly doubted it too, but what I actually believed was what he said about how him and Brent Scott had a good relationship, but that wasn't who he was playing for. I just think Rico disliked Trent that much, and I mean Trent didn't come off as a gangsta like Brent.

Brent Scott used to live across the street from my boy's parents off of Bluebonnet (neighborhood across from Cardiac Cafe and shite)... anyway its New Years in TJ's first year and there's a huge party and Scott walks in. I talked his ear off for an hour. He was shocked I knew who he was

scott is a pretty good recruiter, if i were him i'd be thinking of flying away from trent's nest soon.

Brent looks awful now with his scraggly arse beard. Looks like he hasn't bathed in weeks. Off topic, but it makes me wonder if Trent and company would've stayed that possibly we would've landed Karviar Shepherd? I remember us going after him hard, and he ended up committing to Trent at TCU. Not like it matters though because Mickey and Martin are both better players than him IMO

LSU needs to shape up this hoops schedule. I was a little excited for SH and I'm a little excited for Boise and pretty excited for Marquette but the rest of these teams look like squads Mainieri schedules for baseball.

It will be much better next season I believe. But honestly if Trent were coaching we would've easily lost to SH, NWST, and probably last night too.

My thought was the last road game we had in that part of the country was last year's NIT against Oregon. Lord let us play better than that please!

They just couldn't fricking miss a three. They were shooting like 60% the majority of the game right? It sure as hell felt like it.
