Easy Cube Steak Recipes?

I have two cube steaks in the fridge looking for something easy to whip up tonight, along with sides.

I like to take cubed deer steaks and grill them. Salt, pepper and garlic. Very good stuff!

my mom used to cut it up and cook it in a skillet with; peeled and cut potatoes, italian dressing, and a few onions.

Sautee it and treat it like a cutlet when cooking it. A side of buttered linguine with nothing more than chopped parsley as an addition for a starch will do well.
