Looking forward to next year when our D will be better too.

Losing a 1st round DL, another starting DL, 2 starting LB's and half your secondary.

Ranked #56 in total defense, #80 in pass defense, #38 in rush defense, #30 in scoring defense, and tied for 100th in turnovers gained this year.

Are you guys getting 2 Jadeveon Clowneys and a Patrick Peterson in your freshman class?

If we're going to be fair about the stats, one of his ints was a gift. His receiver had the ball bounce off of his chest and into Minter's hands.

LSU handled Manziel as good or better than anyone but Manziel is a great football player, competitor, and seems like a good guy as well. I like the way he plays the game I only wish he wore the purple and gold not maroon and white!

Only trying to point out that his int to Minter was not a result of a pass rush, or a great defender play on the ball. He hit the open receiver in the chest, and the rec let it bounce off his chest into Minter's arms. Not a result of good D by us, nor a bad play by JFF. My comment is in the context of "LSU's containment of the Heisman winner".

So? Doesn't change the fact that LSU remains in the Peach Bowl while Johnny Football and the Aggies are in the Cotton Bowl.

Uh. Did I say it was possible this picture could change the current bowl lineups?

Who cares? After Alabama loss, it became about next year anyway. Yeah, sure, it would be nice to be in a BCS bowl game, but it's not going to make any difference in recruiting that we're not.
