Potatoes au gratin

Anybody have a good recipe? I have found Dickie Brennan's and galtoire's online. Can anyone recommend either of those two?

Call Portobellos and order a pan, tell them not to bake them and just do that yourself at home. Trust me on this

I looked, but can't find it. Do you remember what page it was on or did it get moved into the recipe book?

Potatoes Au Gratin
3-4 medium Russet potatoes, peeled
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup sour cream
1 ½ Tablespoons flour
1 Large clove garlic, pressed or T minced
½ Teaspoon salt
¼ Teaspoon pepper
1 Tablespoon butter
1 ½ Cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon parsley

Heat oven to 400F. Cut potatoes into ¼ inch pieces. Whisk creams, flour, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined. Coat inside of baking dish with butter. Layer potatoes and cream mixture into baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 30 more minutes. Top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted and beginning to brown.

Use the extra sharp cracker barrel cheese. Enjoy.

Had them a couple weeks ago and the girlfriend wants me to make them tomorrow for her family. I guess they were a hit! Thanks
