Always my cheer of cheers and what we yelled when we left the parking lot and headed towards the stadium whether it be at Tiger Stadium or at any away game.

Boudin (a pork and rice sausage) and couche-couche (a kind of fried cornmeal mush) are staples of a Cajun cuisine that thrives in a relatively small area of southern Louisiana. Often spelled couscous or cush cush. The correct spelling from french descent is Couche-Couche.

It's basically the Cajun version of cornmeal mush. I eat mine w/ milk and Steen's cane syrup.
