No, more likely because people are too fricking sensitive for their own good and sap suck the fricking fun out of everything.

 no woman ever anywhere does this. For one thing the chippendales are all gay. When I was 22 (many moons ago.) My corporate boss made me go see them with her and they are all gay as hell. There were horny corndog hardleg old freaking men all lined up outside to come in after the dales left because some dumbass told them women get horny seeing male gay men prance around.
Men require visual (posters, playboys) women don't and have better orgasms so it sucks to be a man.

Well, the military women are mostly dykes that aren't having orgasm. They have lesbian bed death making them hate men all the more.

Whoa! Slow your roll...as a retired female member of the military, I must disagree. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE men...and I've hung out with a lot of females in the Air Force who are not dykes either. I cannot speak for the other branches though.
I'm a Air Force civilian now, and I had to go to a mandatory briefing yesterday on this matter. All matter deemed offensive were removed from the squadron I work in, including historical unit patches from WWII, Korea, and Vietnam eras. I think it's shameful. I can also predict the walls of the fighter squadron are now bare.
Could it POSSIBLY be that people are so frickin' uptight these days and are looking for a reason to sue anyone over anything so they can get a "handout" as well??? Besides, the young men today are looking and acting more like women than some women I know. GET A GRIP!
What's next? Are pilots going to have to change their callsigns if they are offensive?

People, these sexy pin-ups have been discouraged in the active duty military for almost 20 years now. This is nothing new.
It certainly has nothing to do with sexual assaults, but, these sexy pin-ups have been prohibited in the military workplace for many, many years now.
This latest prohibition is not ground-breaking.
