| I did a nice thing for a Bama fan...should I turn in my fan card? (Posted on 12/7/12 at 7:48 am)
Last night I was working and walked into a gas station and some guy asked if I had something to unlock his truck door bc he had locked his keys and phone and everything in his truck. He proceeded to tell me he was coming in from offshore and was from Alabama. I then took note of his Alabama hat. The thought crossed my mind to just tell him I couldn't, because we really aren't supposed to. I decided to help the dude out and picked his lock. After I told him that was my one good deed to an Alabama fan, and now I was done for the rest of my life. He just laughed an unzipped his jacket and showed a Bama jersey and said, "good thing I didn't show you my jersey. I know I'm in a bad place to be asking for help."
He was an ok dude though. I was a little mad at myself because the lsu fan in me said I shouldn't help him. Maybe one day a Bama fan will do something nice for me.
