The problem with the Tennessee job is that the state does not produce an abundance of really good football players. If they cannot recruit out of state successfully on an annual basis, they will have trouble competing.

I'll take it, and here's my plan to right the UT flagship.
1) Change my TD screen name to utvolfanone 2) Embrace the Orange pants phenomenon 3) Keep Tyler Bray out of bars and off balconies 4) Hire quality DC and OC, since I've never coached. 5) Recruit the best players from Kentucky to UT
All I need is a 8 year contract at $4 Million per year guaranteed. Our official motto will be "Git-R-Done".
