I don't hunt bears so I have no idea, but yea that seems a bit small to kill.
Still hilarious though.

I've only hunted dear and squirrel here in Texas so I'm not versed in what is considered acceptable for bear hunting. It looks like a cub though...

I didn't watch the video and don't know the particulars about hunting bears either. But bears scare the shite out of me. Though I'm pretty sure a well trained bear would be a great offensive lineman.
