rlore2 LSU Fan New Orleans Member since Dec 2008 297 posts	OT Electricians...Outlet adapters (Posted on 12/3/12 at 7:09 pm) So I bought a product from the UK for my daughter but need a UK to US adapter to use it. Are there any dangers to keeping an adapter plugged in like that permanently? TIA

Not a good idea to swap out the plug. The adapter should not hurt anything, it is just a step down transformer. Just make sure it is not excessively warm.
