Essentially, yes. It's just a line of credit that is available to use for several online merchants. No card is actually issued. Provides no interest for up to 6 months. I don't think it provides any more additional security than using Paypal and paying instantly.

Never used it. I'm about to start offering it to customers.
As far a I know it's just like a xxx days same as cash deal. No extra protection that I know of.
