How to can homemade dipping sauces

So i like to make honey mustard to use for dipping with chicken strips and stuff. Everybody likes it and I thought I would bottle some up to give to friends and family. What would be the best way to do this. Plastic bottles or mason jars.

Mason jars would give it a more "rustic" look which I think is more suitable for gift giving but a plastic squeeze bottle is more convenient IMHO.

Probably would keep longer in a mason jar, too...

Would you boil it like you regularly do to seal it?

Mayo, mustard, honey, and tiger sauce or something to spice it up a bit. I don't measure it, just put it in there till it taste and looks right.

Yes you would as that is how any pathogens in the jar are killed in fact.
