Not understanding why Outback would pass on Georgia just because of a little clock management problem as the end of the SECCG

Don't think a lot of people here are going to be excited about playing a team that just had 70 points scored on them in a morning bowl game.

outback picks after the cotton

UGA got picked by Cotten

LSU gets picked over USCe because of the head to head.

I guess if Cotton broke their ties with the west just for this season, maybe Outback would break theirs with the east. I would much rather Cotton, but Clemson in Peach Bowl just isn't a very sexy matchup. I'd rather play in a new bowl game against a team like Nebraska.

No one is going to be excited regardless of what bowl they're in

Well, we came into the season thinking championship; then we had our sites on Sugar Bowl.....now having to settle for a second time this season, no one will be too happy.

When you have that many SEC teams all jumbled up top, that's what's going to happen.

This is where the dominoes fell.
It happens. It is what it is.

(fully expect but if so and so did this and Miles did this, blah blah blah.) Hindsight is 20/20. There's no where else to go but forward

I think the fan base will be a little more excited right before the bowl game. Sad part is that we have to hear about Bama and Notre Dame over next 5 weeks. Definitely will slow the healing process.

If the Rose Bowl takes an 8-5 Badgers team that bowl just lost all credibility going forward. Bowls are a complete joke these days. Why do they have to get a Big 10 team? Absolutely stupid. Bring on the playoffs!

I'd be ok with this. Having lived through 3 losses to Nebraska in the '80's (2 being complete monkey-stomps), I would love to have the opportunity to beat Nebraska's arse. LSU has NEVER beaten the Huskers.
