Sure we lost and Drew had a horrible game, but with the tornado of crap our players and coaches have had to deal with this year we are doing a damn fine job overall. Sure, it would have been better to win the Superbowl at home but it isn't like we are a terrible team.
Atlanta still looks to us to define their season. Their defense played a good game and our offense had a bad one. Crap happens! They beat a 5-6 team at home and they acted like they won the superbowl. It's because they know deep down that have to beat us while they can. Next year things will hopefully be back to normal and they know that odds are against them that they win either of those games.
Keep your heads up because the Saints are still a top team but sometimes crap doesn't go your way. Enjoy the Saints for being a team that you think will win every week and not the Saints that used to be on the field where you were expecting a loss and thrilled if they won. Keep your heads up, the future is still bright!
