I’ve been staring at this board to see what’s in store
Got all these feelings that can’t be ignored.
Was watching my team all filled with steam
Stepping on the gas and started playing like ass
7 plus 7 ATL was in heaven
December around the corner, here comes Armageddon
Not like 22 this game wasn’t over
For a couple of few I stopped crying on her shoulder
Look at this offense its worse than vanilla

Surely to the playoffs we were cruising.
About to show the frisco,
that we'd slip past them like crisco.
Then that god damn pick six,
made feel fricking sick.
The tides turned right before half,
and like gandalf and his staff,
their d said you shall not pass,
as our offense ran out of gas.
Didn't matter to us that the loss was a crime,
Cuz we were gonna beat ATL on national primetime.
Then all of a sudden we fell flat on our face,
and out come the bandwagoners is such a disgrace.
To real fans it don't matter,
to hear all this chatter.
Because sooner than later,
we will show all the haters,
that the saints will win again,
with the return of Sean Payton.
frick Goodell and the NFL too,
we will be just fine as long as we got Drew.
