reason I asked, I was driving home on I110 northbound, and saw the BRPD Swat team drive by. Riding in a black humvee, with the back door open, with 5 guys in full combat gear sitting in back. helmets and flak jackets. one guy sitting with his legs on the bumper, holding his AR-15 out the back door.
I figure either an exercise, or something bad is about to go down in Scotlandville...
they got off at the airport exit and took the road through to Blount. I felt it was wiser not to take a picture, as the guy sitting at the tailgate was looking at me.

really? Never noticed that before. Definitely an attention getter.
Was thinking it was a drill or exercise, because they weren't hauling ass. Although, to be fair, they also had no trouble merging into traffic- it wasn't like anyone sped up to block them from changing lanes
