Skin is too thick and the fruit is too high in the tree for a Meyer lemon. They grow low and have paper thin skin. Could just be some bastard lemon/orange.

It's one of the most upright citrus trees I've seen. You can check low on the trunk and see if it has a grafted joint or elbow. If it does, it's producing some known variety most likely. If no visible graft line, most likely overgrown rootstock.
