Got my new Weber Genesis today! (Posted on 11/24/12 at 12:30 pm)
Can't wait to put it to work this evening. Any of you had the ones with porcelain coated cast iron grates? From what I've seen you just need to burn off any residue....no need to season.

I used to have a gas grill with the porcelain coated grates. They're pretty low maintenance unless you're cooking something with a sauce that burns on and stays a little sticky. Even then just a quick rinse and brush off and you're done.
