In the press conf Les kept saying that the team needed some time to heal. Im wondering if Mett was playing hurt considering the way the offense played so conservative and the beating Mett took last week. I'm particularly thinking of the sack Mett took when he was speared in the ribs under his throwing arm.

it did look like he short armed a couple of throws today.

nothin was hurt but his ego and pride. Mett played the same way he played the majority of the year. Hopefully he continues to progress through the bowl season and offseason. The addition of a playmaker at tightend and outside would help as well.
