8:30 is late night for you?

Great grandpa, it's time for you to take your Metamucil and go to bed.

You are ruining the diet coke. Sip some good bourbon on the rocks.

Crown & water. Ran out of wine, rum, and beer. The bottle looks small and the night long!

Lismore single malt. I'm not a scotch person but my brother-in-law is so I'm having some. Not sure how this stacks up with the Glenlivets of the world.

Not a clue. I was being serious when I said that I don't know anything about it.

All I know is that I like it when it lacks a ton of pete(not sure how to spell this) moss so that it's not that smokey. This stuff is not smokey at all so I'm good with it.

Which Willett? Not a fan of the basic Fam 3 yr. Have an unopened bottle of the 4yr single barrel estate I am waiting to open. Bottle #12/220 @ 124.7 proof.

Maybe that's the novice in me. But I find it overpowering.

ETA: And peat makes more sense.

It would have to be a very special batch that used pete moss (Kate's cousin) as the feedstock.
Not sure how burnt flesh would make a scotch taste.
But I'd buy it!
