List of locally owned restaurants?

With the talk of the economy and the need for a city like NOLA to support it's local businesses, is there a list somewhere that lays out all the best locally owned restaurants so I can start looking to support fellow New Orleanians? Thanks!

Rotolos is owned in Louisiana by Mitch Rotolo.
All east of Louisiana are owned by a guy out of New Orleans.
They are looking to franchise to the West.

This is where I get 75% of my pizza. Most of the rest of the time its from the Pizza Shoppe.
Screwed up and went into one of these small pizza hut places to pick up some stuff a few weeks ago. Never again.
