Because Detroit challenged the play before they reviewed it, they won't review it. It's funny how coaches don't know the rules.

He threw the challenge flag on a scoring play which is automatically reviewed.
Apparently you can't do that.

Not allowed to challenge scoring plays because they're automatically reviewed
Penalty
- 15 yards
- Not allowed to review it anymore.
