Had an unassisted double play in my softball game tonight

Unassisted double play is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Hype as frick!

Today I was drinking a can of DP and it had that bitches picture on the SIDE OF THE CAN!!!

I got one in little league. I expected to get the game ball. But no, they gave it to the girl who got her first hit of the season. Here's a ball for going 1-50 in your coach pitch games. Buncha sexist bullshite.

I'm playing first and dude is talking shite and says he is going to hit it right to me. To his credit, he does.
It one hopped to me and I fielded it cleanly. Runner on first hesitates, then knows he is fricked. He kinda jukes me, and I tag him but as I'm tagging him, I fall.
As I am falling, I realize the batter is running to first so I don't have time to get up. I take my glove and dive for the bag. Batter out. Double play. We should have won.
Better than getting married. Better than sex. Better than having my kids. Arguable on the prime rib, but if it came down to it, I'd probably still vote double play.

I don't care what anyone on here says....knowing you have "still got it"" is the best feeling ever!

I was playing SS one game in softball and threw someone out at home from CF on the cutoff. I never felt so cool.

9 years old. Runners on 1st and 3rd no outs. I'm at SS and bloop liner over 3rd baseman head. Make diving backhand catch. Run and touch 3rd.
Kid on first is clueless and runs to second. Our 1B is coaches son and is horrendous. Instead of throwing it I run from third to first for unassisted triple play.
When I get off the field the coach asks why I didn't throw it to first. I respond with "because if I would have thrown it he wouldn't catch it." He was as pissed as possible given the situation.

I read that as you are clumsy as shite, and playing against fatasses that can't run very fast - who hesitates on a ground ball? Not anyone who's ever played before.
But, sweet memories...
