Liverpool at 11th with 15 points and a +1GD or Milan at 12th with 15 points and a +2GD?

Or Real at 3rd place with 26 points, 8 behind Barca?

Having watched a lot of Real Madrid this season, I'd lean towards one of the others.

However, I haven't really watched much of 'Pool or Milan.

Given that Milan got rid of their best and most experienced players in a salary dump... and LFC has been reliant on teenagers that were playing in the reserves last year... I'd say RM... I'm sure their supporters would say the same..

Maybe Liverpool because of their history. But knowing how the preseason went, the failings on transfer day and the treacherous first 5 matches of the league, I don't think 11th is particularly disappointing. The squad is starting to hit a groove at a good time. Unbeaten in the last 7, and the leading goal scorer on your side is something we are enjoying right now.

Milan and Pool are basically in the same situation. Lot of youth, but not enough depth and talent to compete at the moment.

According to someone on here, since LFC changed owners, their history is gone and it's not the same team. Well at least that's his argument.

Definitely. LFC have started 3 teenagers with 0 experience coming into the season in 7 of 12 matches so far this season I believe. Reasonable soccer fans knew what this season would be like for both Liverpool and Milan. I don't think either is surprising at this point, especially with 70% of the season left to play.

I knew Milan. Wasn't sure about 'Pool, apart from Sterling.

Real Madrid supporters are insanely critical. They're only five points worse than last year at this point, and that includes a draw against Barcelona (lost against Barcelona in December of last year).

Also, I'd put Chelsea, Arsenal, Newcastle and QPR in the disappointment category as well.

Pardew is an idiot. Last year was an anomaly.

No, it's not. Did they fail to teach Logic 101 at Kentucky?
