Likely bad news for the #Patriots: Team fears Rob Gronkowski has broken his forearm, I'm told. Tests to confirm ongoing.

This completely sucks. Out 4-6 weeks, i.e. the rest of the fantasy season. He's bailed me out a couple of times this season, including this week. I just picked up Gresham but this blows.

Shiancoe had a few productive years. He could be a legit red zone target. NE will likely bring in another TE, too

A Fantasy playoffs appearance isn't out of the question at all.

I'd just read 4-6 weeks which would mean no fantasy playoffs. I'd LOVE for him to get back sooner.

Real life football:

That close FG by Tucker early on in the season is going to prove to be very pivotal.

If he misses that FG, NE would essentially have a two game lead over Baltimore and would more than likely be looking at a bye in the playoffs. Which they could hold Gronk out for the whole season and get that extra week as well to get him healed up.

Pretty doubtful. They are probably just hoping he can return for the real playoffs, and that is the best case scenario.

I just traded for him a couple of days ago before the trade deadline. I'm in first place and the only real week spot I had was at TE. I guess I'll go back to Myers but the way he has been playing lately shouldn't hurt my playoff run too bad.
