There was a guy that came from Weyerhaeuser I used to worked with. He was the go-to guy from Satsuma up to 84 in Mississippi for pine trees. I will give him a shout in the morning

I can tell you that planting costs can vary pretty significantly though. Gotta pick out the correct species for the area, what you want the seedlings to be able to do(mass/straightness/volume). Might have to take into account prep work like spraying or tilling if it is really crappy soil. Also have to spray a few times in the first 1.5yrs to get rid of competition. It would be best suited for someone to actually see the property, but I will try and get him to guestimate based on the area. What city is it in(soil types matter)?
Pine trees do have many graphs and whatnot, but it still isn't too easy. Hardwoods are more fun

Close to Clinton, all red dirt hills. Pasture land.

Left a message around lunchtime. He will probably get back to me tomorrow. Foresters are extremely hard to get in touch with unless you are a landowner.
Working from sun-up to sun-down and doing computer/paperwork after that is a rough life. People ALWAYS bitching, equipment ALWAYS broken, something is wrong on every site every day, but it was awesome
