I have a brand new copy of BF3 sitting at my house. Finally was going to tear it to it this weekend, and the following week.
Should I just go trade it in for Black Ops II?

I'm one that never got into BF3. Any idea of the trade value? I might trade it in for something later on.

If it's just the vanilla game and none of the Premium add on stuff, then sure why not? But if you planned on getting deep into BF3 I'd keep it. It's a great, great game.

There is no reason to get premium. The original maps are the best, armored kill sucks ass. Close quarters is fine if you want a COD feel to the game and we will just have to wait and see about End Game.

Then just keep it and play it. Seriously, don't get premium and just play the original maps. You can download the individual DLC if you want it but Armored Kill sucks, CQ is kind of like COD, Karkand was okay but not worth getting IMO, and End Game looks promising but like I said we will have to wait and see. The best maps are the original ones and the best servers run the original maps.

frick no BF3 is still king
so far cant decide if i like War Fighter or Black Ops better b/c they are two totally different games and of course in dead last is that pile of shite MW3 that i have not touched in about 5 months

Hopefully end game is a nice mix of vehicles and foot soldiers like the og maps.

I'll agree with you on the maps, but the extra weapons are where he'll miss out. I like the little extras like camos and such, too.
I think B2K is underrated and I'm liking the Aftermath idea.

B2K was the best dlc by far, and I think (hope) aftermath is similar

I am hoping that the last DLC gives us more traditional guns. I loved the M4 modified from BC2.

All I've seen or heard from Aftermath is B2K and Bazaar/Metro/Seine sizes and types of maps. LOVE
Lewis, there is only one new weapon--crossbow.

Your not missing much with BO2, and i'm a Treyarch fanboy. Very mediocre game.
