If the season ended with the top 8 looking like this in the BCS

1.Oregon 13-0 (PAC 12 Champ)
2. Kansas St 12-0 (BIG 12 Champ)
3. Notre Dame 12-0
4. Bama 12-1 (SEC Champ)
5. Fla St 12-1 (ACC Champ)
6. LSU 10-2
7. UGA 10-2
8. TA&M/FLA/SCAR

I don't know if the "committe" would go by the BCS for this

Here are the match ups

ORG vs TA&M/FLA/SCAR
KST vs UGA
ND vs LSU
BAMA vs FLA ST

Would they limit the number of teams from one conference?

I wish they would/could just go to a system where the conf. champions go to the playoffs.

4 SEC teams in and none would play each other in the first round. It could be an all-SEC semifinal and final round.

Sound like a great solution to me, only those fans and teams who are not in SEC would hate it.

It would be an all SEC Final 4.

YEs. Anyone that thinks the conference commissioners and presidents are going to go for an 8 team playoff and not make sure to include the champion of each BCS conference is naive.
