Nice. I hate a bunch of wasps in a box stand. I had a problem one time in one of those really expensive plastic box's. Not mine, just on a guy's land I get to hunt 5 or 6 times a year.

Anyway, you would sit there and one would fall down every once in a while and I'd mash it with the butt of my gun. Those stands are made funny and have these little pockets along the ceiling.

At the end of the hunt, I put my cap light and stood up and there were literally hundreds of wasps in those pockets. Freaked me out, so I waited til it was really cold one day, like low 30's, and went back to that stand. Took my work gloves with me. When that 5 minutes was over I felt like a mass murderer. I'd just grab handfuls and smash. It was bizarre how many wasps were in that stand.

tl;dr

Not sure on the land. It isn't 1000 though.

It's easy to find creative things to do with a knife when you're sitting in a deer stand.

I kill em with my hat after I miss and hit the tin roof 6 or 7 times while screaming like a lil botch.

yeah, i usually bring a good stick and whittle on it a little, cut wasps in half then try to dissect their stinger part, and have on rare occasions tried to shave my face
