One guys take on the Saints/Falcons rivalry

LINK

quote:

It’s the NFL rivalry that no one outside the South talks about much. But the Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints hate each other. That hate will be renewed Sunday in yet another big game. Read more here: http://www.macon.com/2012/11/06/2239699/falcons-must-win-in-new-orleans.html#storylink=cpy

quote:

Sunday’s game will be part one of the season’s story in this rivalry. The two teams will meet again in two-and-a-half weeks. And the Falcons could have the last laugh if they complete this storybook season with a win in the Super Bowl. Take a guess as to where it is this year. New Orleans. That would be the last laugh, wouldn’t it? Read more here: http://www.macon.com/2012/11/06/2239699/falcons-must-win-in-new-orleans.html#storylink=cpy

Nice article. Love this quote:

quote:

Not this week. No way. The Falcons cannot lose to New Orleans. Lose to any other team to put a straight number in the loss column, but not the Saints.

The nicknames for him are hilarious in themselves. Matty Melt v Matty Ice makes me laugh.

Whoever wins its gonna be a great battle and a close game. Yall are gonna lose though buddy, 16-0 aint possible for you and we will be more than happy to hand your plain coach, pant shitting QB, and lardass RB their first loss of the season.

Here we come to get you.

We have won in the playoffs and advanced before. Just not recently ... but then again, same could be said for the Saints.

Or I should say, we have as many wins as the Saints do in the playoffs over the last 2 years.

I thought that the fact that the dirty birds are playing the Saints would get you going.
