I'm really enjoying all the movement on the D-line in general to get the best looks.

no, Demetrius Bell's ineptitude was 50+% of that show IMO. iggles have a bottom 3 O-line right now. Losing 3 starters including your best O-lineman is a guarantee of NFL struggles. Project what you would be thinking if Jahri, dlP, and Bushrod were all out at the same time. That would be Brown, Eric Olsen, and Scott Winnewisser protecting Brees. Scary.

Did mark Ingram record 3 sacks in a game or did he have a comparable offensive performance?

making sure to give Cam the props too. In the game he did flash what he can do, even if against much inferior talent. Beyond that game I think he has shown steady improvement. We have him for two more seasons under his rookie deal to see where he gets to.

I read on PFF that Cam is now the youngest player in the NFL to record 3 sacks in a game.

Awesomeness.

The dude is strong as an ox, stout against the run, and is starting to blossom as a pass rusher. He just might wind up being one of the most complete defensive ends in the league.

and-

To this point in the season Jordan has been more renowned as a run defender than a pass protector. And while he contributed another three run stops, extending his league lead to 20 among 4-3 defensive ends, it was his pass rushing that did all the talking. He got started early with a hit on the Eagles’ opening drive before completely derailing that drive with a sack that lost 22 yards a few plays later. He didn’t suffer much of a lull at any point, recording pressure in all four quarters. It was his sack that all but derailed the Eagles’ final drive, sending them back to the Saints’ 22-yard line for a third-and-goal play.

Jordan doesn’t get to face tackles like Demetress Bell every week, who was playing out of his comfort zone on an unfamiliar side of the line. Can Jordan maintain this sort of play against an established right tackle like Tyson Clabo next week? Or was this pass rushing performance merely a flash in the pan?

He's been great all sseason, people are finally noticing. He's got a bright future here.

The D's overall steady improvement has been great to watch. Now that all of our coaches are back and have had time to settle in we are seeing some good things.

I bet with Loomis back, people are a little more concerned about job stability now.

They should put his "like a boss" pic up in the practice field next to Payton's picture:

Let me clarify:

This season has been miserable. And the D is the worst ever. Its painful to watch and they just plain suck sometimes.

But i gave up being upset around week 3. There is just too much insnae crap on and off the field to get upset about this circus.

I just looked for position battles and small improvements. It has made the season infinity more enjoyable for me. Watching Cam has been nice. Watching our young Saftey play has been fun. Hicks one game was cool. Tez has had some nice highlights. Ive had fun watching our Rookie's and younger guys play.

He looks great.

Really happy to see improvement on the defense.
