Question about cooking stuffed pork chops

I'm not much of a great cook ... I have a package of 2 Poches stuffed porckchops.. Should I put them in the oven or try to grill them ?

Get a good sear on them on the stovetop then put in 350 degree oven for about an hour. You can also sear on the grill then move to indirect heat for about the same amount of time. Use a meat themometer to check for doneness. Poches stuffed chops are damn good.

Put the chops in a baking dish with about a half cup of water or broth. Bake in a 350 oven uncovered until the stuff hits at least 170F. It should take about 30-35 minutes to cook.
