Question about getting hunting license in Louisiana

I did hunters education in Arkansas. Lost my hunters education card. Accessed it online and will print it out. Need to get my license in LA, as that's where I'm a resident.
One small error though, if my government name is "Michael Johnson", and my hunters education card reads,"Mike Johnson", as that is what most people call me, will I have trouble getting my government name on my license? Not sure of how big of a deal it'll be.
Got a Missouri/Iowa deer hunt coming up this week, really excited, and need to get it straightened out before I head up there, will post pics when I get back next week.

I'm not sure why my name is Mike Johnson on my hunters education card. I was much younger and the guy who was teaching the class new me.
Just wondering if it's that big of a deal, and if it is something they'll give me a hard time on.

If I print the card out, will that be good enough when I go in? Also, will I be walking out the store with my card when I go in, or will it be mailed at a later date?

If you are getting a lifetime you will have a piece of paper I would guess and then have a card mailed to you.
