Monte had some moments of brilliance at Tennessee, but some moments of derpitude. He has carried that to USC, only without the moments of brilliance.

Sal really only has like 3 or 4 players to work with. USC's starting lineup was basically recruited by everyone.

hopefully Monte will step down because he won't be fired. He's an all time great but he's not a fit for the college game.

Won't have to. He'll quietly, gently put a pillow over his head while he sleeps one night this spring. It'll be a little like what he did to Tennessee.
