Jacob Hester says use Shephard

I saw Jacob Hester on the Tim Fletcher show last night. He picked LSU to win 23 -17. He also stated the LSU needs to use Shephard more. Stated that Shephard ran for a 76 yard TD and has not touched the ball since. He said Shephard is a special player.
He went on to state they should do sweeps, reverses and other plays with Shephard. If a play does not work, don't give up and stop, keep trying with him. I agree.
When he gave the score, Tim Fletcher asked whether he would ever pick against LSU, and like me, he stated he could never pick against LSU. That he would pick LSU even during the Dinardo era.

Shepard is the most slippery player we have. When ever he lines up in the backfield it almost always gets good yardage.

He also stated that Saban minimizes the big nature of these type games as if it was just another game. And that Miles embraces the fact these type games are major. Stated that he likes Miles way better.

Has the highest yard per carry of anyone on the LSU roster and has been dismissed from the backfield.

Probably because Shepard is overrated. He should have gone to a school like Oregon or WVU. YPC doesn't mean much when you rush the ball 10-15 times a season.
