Didn't Jake Locker have a game-winning TD called back because of a celebration penalty? I seem to recall something like that. Jake Locker = Washington, FYI

Called personal foul for throwing the ball up after a td that moved them back 15 on the extra point and they missed it for the tie. At home vs. BYU if I remember.
