Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes for traffic to clear up after a game? I'm trying to make plans for the weekend and knowing this would really help me out a lot.

We park over by Walk-ons and live in Hammond. Took us 2 1/2 hours.

We park by Kirby Smith and are usually on the interstate in 5-10 minutes, after South Carolina 15.

We live in Hammond and park on north side near kirby smith.
Takes us about an hour from parking lot to home if we get out of stadium and hurry to truck. If you hang around, it'll take much longer.
Use to park near walk ons and it did take forever to get out!

Thanks guys, I appreciate the help.

I didn't really explain what I meant very well though. I actually want to drive INTO campus AFTER the game and pick something up from campus. So I'm trying to find out if it's realistic for traffic to be clear within a couple hours of the game being over.

You cannot drive into campus after the game until outgoing traffic is clear, which after this game, will be a few hours if the game is close.

Impossible to do so. They will have streets blocked off.

Hasn't taken me more than 10-15 minutes to get to I-10 after a game from different ends of campus in years.

Looks like we found one of the negatigers that leaves in the 3rd quarter.

Step 1: leave the game AFTER IT'S OVER.
Step 2: go to your tailgate
Step 3: Watch football and don't even try to leave until after 1:00am (that's when the cops leave and suddenly traffic can move, coincidence?)
Step 4: leave

Was stuck in traffic for 2 hours after South Carolina game. Can't imagine how bad it will be this weekend.
