Doesn't head to head count for anything?

But what do you do with UGA? Do they jump us too?

I think Georgia runs away with this game.

Florida doesn't have a great offense.

Not really

There are too many factors that go into it

What if in hypothetical land we beat UGA by 50 points?

Don't think it would matter big picture. LSU would jump Florida eventually if we won out because they wouldn't play in the conference championship.

The loss by UGA to South Carolina is just too big to discount. You can't place UGA in the top five when they were utterly destroyed in a conference game by a decent team.

They might not but if K. State and Notre Dame (I'd be shocked if Notre Dame wins) drop their games, we'll be up there.

Have to wait and see.

Well how you lose does matter too. Georgia got destroyed by SC so they don't jump us based on that. If Florida gets blown out by Ga, then they deserve to drop below LSU. If they lose a 3 point game, they probably don't deserve to get jumped by us.

If we beat bama, that's enough to jump UF in my opinion. If we lose, this discussion becomes irrelevant.

Depends on the score of the loss.

If Florida loses by 20 points, they will be below LSU for 2 reasons.

1) Since the Florida loss, LSU has sured up their OL and has gotten their running game going.
2) It looks better for the Bama/LSU game if LSU is ranked higher.

In a 13 week season, 3 weeks is a long time. A head-to head loss shouldn't affect the fluidity of the week to week polls, however, at the end of the season I would rank Florida ahead of LSU (assuming both have 1 loss) based on head to head.

if UF doesn't get their heads out of their asses....it won't be a close game.

UGA playing them like we did 1st half; running the ball downhill and hard Defense!

The more teams in front of us lose.. the more we jump.

UF is so much like us.. they still don't have any better of an offense than we do. They beat us by 1 possession at home.. They didn't even have maybe 200 yards of offense against SC.

Florida loses here.. they lose to FSU.. We jump them. Got it? Good.

Losing a close game on the road >>> losing a close game at a neutral site.
