Who is sitting or starting him? Don't know if I should pick up Palmer or weeden this weekend for the start with the weather heading north.

NFL games do not get canceled.
Postponed, maybe. Monday or Tuesday.

How does that effect fantasy week games though? Week would be over on Monday even if they postponed it until tuesday

they wont close the "fantasy week" until all games are completed. they can't just skip a game.
