According to LSU on Facebook I-10 is closed at Lobdell still.

Edit: Confirmed by looking at the traffic camera at Ramah. Not a single vehicle in the westbound lane.
Edit 2: The camera at the 415 exit shows police diverting traffic off the interstate there onto 415 and it's a massive clusterfrick. You might better taking the old bridge to 190.

Correct. The detour is 190 to Opelousas then I-49 to Laffy. The cameras around Lafayette show not much traffic. I think once you get on 190, you're GTG.

I just drove past it from Lafayette. Overturn truck on the base of the achafalaya bridge on the Lafayette side. No traffic from there to Lindell.

I-10 still closed. This way to New Roads today at 9:45 am and again on my way back this evening at 5:00 pm
