We struggled to move the ball against North Texas and freaking Towson. I'm not taking anything for granted. We played much better against USCe, but we were still terrible in the red zone. TAMU's weakness on defense is their secondary. Something tells me that we're not gonna be able to exploit that very well, so we'll have to wear them down with the running game.

Texas A&M's 6th ranked offense will be put to the test against the number 2 defense in the country. Texas A&M's 72nd ranked defense is allowing over 405 YPG, playing against LSU's mediocre offense they will give up another 450+. Mett will pass for 185 YDS while Hill/Ware/Ford/Hilliard will gain 275 on the ground. LSU's red zone offense will improve, scoring 3 TD's and 2 Field Goals. Playing at home will help the Aggies, but it won’t be enough.

We have a Big XII defense. You literally just have to run up the middle and throw play action once every 9 or so runs and you will be fine.

TAMU is still playing Big 12 football, just like Mizzou. LSU 34 TAMU 10
Lots of folks up here in MO were talking about Mizzou actually being ready to dominate the SEC because we were not used to their style of offense.
TAMU hasn't faced a defense like LSU and the Tigers are fired up. Not looking ahead to Bama and more confidence after Saturday night's performance.
