And by the way, be classy, don't bring up bonfires. Bad subject with them.

The only thing large drinks at the concession were used for was the ice. Take one big pull on it and dump the rest.

We were soaked after the game from the ice continually stuffed under our caps.

I would hope LSU fans would know better than this. Katrina is a very sore subject guaranteed to start fights. This is no different.

My wife is an Aggie and one of my daugthers is at A&M now. However, my son is a senior at LSU, I'm an alum, and we are all planning on a great tailgate for all of us! Just wish the damn game wasn't moved to 11am kickoff!! Lots of Cajun food will have to be done for breakfast, and save some jambalaya for after game. I don't have a ticket, so we'll watch on the 2 TVs that we'll have in our tents. Been waitin' on this game for a while! I've been taunting my daughter since she enrolled at A&M last year!

I'm guessing A&M hasn't caved to the almighty as of yet. Seems like LSU's student section shrinks every yr. Good for them!

Chicken could be sitting right next to me and I wouldn't know him. Yet he's a celebrity to me online. Honored just to be in a thread with him.

Weird part is, I'm not joking.

I hate everything about them. I refuse to wear khakis because of them!

I doubt we ever will. They'll set a limit on the student section, but having it that size is 1 thing that sets A&M apart. There's reasons why they're talking about expansion versus just taking seats from the students and turning them into season tickets.

true story, my wifes cousin is a freshman at A&M and in the corps and he was in town a few weekends ago and we had a get together.

well someone asked him to do some yells/cheers and he got up and did them in front of everyone. i swear to god it was the funniest thing ive ever seen. when he left everyone at the party felt so bad for him and were making fun of it. i felt really bad for him but at least the fat aggie girls think thats sexy so maybe he can get some from a nice little aggie girl

we tailgate all over the grass on campus so I'm not sure what you'll be accomplishing.

there's like a 20x20 plot of grass that is a memorial that people don't trample on... I'm not sure why this myth took off into something much bigger than it is.

having paid for my oldest daughter's aggie education ('06) followed by 2 of my daughters going to lsu, i am torn on this one; fortunately mw wife and i are lsu alumni, when push comes to shove - it's lsu all the way.

however, i've also come to appreciate tamu and its many unique traditions.
