I think Carol will be gone by the half way point. Such a damn shame they didn't use the hot blonde character from the comics. She even wanted to do a three way with Lori and Rick, and of course they said no. I'd have been all

They need to wait for the governor. Although I'm guessing they won't follow the comics as in the previews it looks like Andrea and michonne run into them first.
And yes...ill piss my pants if Tyrone gets involved via being a prisoner.

If you look at imbd website the main characters survive through the first 5-8 episodes.

Not necessarily a given, Breaking Bad had certain characters showing up in the cast longer than they actually make it in the show at certain points.

Interested to see if they keep the people that survived in the prison. I haven't heard any casting information on that. If so, they'd probably end the episode with that.
