The one good thing about having beIN: CONMEBOL WC qualifiers.

0-0. Two strong teams

that was nice... thought Muslera would get to it, though...

Wait, Argentina has Messi, Di Maria, Aguero, Mascherano, Higauin and Zabaleta? damn.

the last time I watched these two play, it was a snoozer that resembled a 4-6 year olds running in a cloud around the ball for the whole damned 90 minutes.

Lets see what these teams could do on a rainy tuesday night in Antigua!

ETA: I don't know if the pitch is just that much bigger or all the players are that much smaller... or a combination.

damn, how good is Messi. that wasn't the right pass in that situation, but he gave it to him, Messi with a magisterial return, and the center for the Kun to bump it in.

Nothing diffferent than what you saw tonight. Maybe some desperation, giving up, and fights.

WTF just happened.

The defender clearly fouled him, but Messi definitely embellished as well.

Also I think almost all of their defenders are on yellow, so he should have got a second.

ETA: actually, he's the only one on their backline that didn't have a yellow prior to that.

Pereira should have gotten a red. Shoulder thrown right into Messi's chest.

This. Antigua made the field as small as FIFA regulations would allow.
